Hamburg COVID-19 Series

Wednesday, 26/08/2020 - 4 pm

Dr. Marc Lütgehetmann (UKE) will talk about his COVID-19 research

Many scientists in the Hamburg metropolitan area are involved in research related to SARS-CoV-2 and the COVID-19 pandemic. In cooperation with the Helmholtz graduate school for Data Science in Hamburg (DASHH), the Leibniz ScienceCampus InterACt wants to increase the visibility of this research fostering new contacts and potential collaborations. Therefore, the new online Hamburg COVID-19 lecture series started on August 12th. The series represents a unique platform for vivid exchange and takes place every two weeks with a 30-minute lecture and room for further discussions afterwards.

The next lecture will take place on Wednesday, August 26, at 4 pm via zoom. Senior physician Dr. Marc Lütgehetmann (UKE) will give us an insight into corona diagnostics and research at the Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf.
